The latest in a long line of very successful support shoes from Brooks, the Adrenaline GTS 21 is Brooks most popular support shoe for varying levels of pronation and features GuideRail support technology along with DNA loft cushioning and BioMoGo foam for super smooth heel to forefoot transitions so your run is the only thing on your mind.

The GuideRail support technology offers holistic support and acts like the bumper guards at a a bowling alley, there if you need it to reduce your over pronation. The GuideRail support in the Adrenaline GTS 21 now extends from the medial side around the back of the heel counter and continues on the lateral side of the foot. The focus is to protect the runners ankles, knees and hips by keeping excessive lateral movement in check. 

Compared to its predecessors the Adrenaline GTS 21 features DNA loft foam on the lateral side of the forefoot for that extra soft feel and smoother transition. The Brooks DNA loft was developed to continuously tailor the level of cushioning to your specific needs even as you change during your run. 

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 features a new engineered mesh upper which hugs the foot for a more secure and breathable fit. Perforations allow cool air to flow reducing heat build. The new mesh actively wicks away the build up of excess sweat and moisture keeping your feet dry as you strive to reach your goals. The Adrenaline GTS 21 also features a new 3D FIT print which applies strategic stretch and structure to the upper, improving the fit and feel. A padded tongue sits comfortably against the top of the foot to ensure optimum comfort and give the runner that ultimate “Distraction Free Fit.”
