The all new Brooks Glycerin GTS 19 replaces the much loved Transcend. The latest in a long line of very successful support shoes from Brooks, the Glycerin GTS 19 is Brooks newest support shoe for varying levels of pronation and features GuideRail support technology along with more DNA loft foam than ever before throughout the entire midsole for extreme underfoot softness and super smooth heel to forefoot transitions without sacrificing responsiveness or durability so that mile after mile the run is the only thing on your mind. The Brooks DNA loft foam was developed to continuously tailor the level of cushioning to your specific needs even as you change during your run. 

The GuideRail support technology acts as holistic support and acts like the bumper guards at a bowling alley, there if you need it to reduce your over pronation. The GuideRail support in the Glycerin GTS 19 extends from the medial side around the back of the heel counter and continues on the lateral side of the foot. The focus is to protect the runners ankles, knees and hips by keeping excessive lateral movement in check.

The Glycerin GTS 19  features DNA loft foam throughout the midsole for optimum cushioning with every step. The Brooks DNA loft was developed to continuously tailor the level of cushioning to your specific needs even as you change during your run.

The Brooks Glycerin GTS 19 features a new engineered mesh upper which hugs the foot for a breathable and more snug and flexible fit. Perforations allow cool air to flow reducing heat build. The new mesh actively wicks away the build up of excess sweat and moisture keeping your feet dry as you strive to reach your goals. The Glycerin GTS 19 also features a new 3D FIT print which applies strategic stretch and structure to the upper improving the fit and feel. A padded tongue sits comfortably against the top of the foot to ensure optimum comfort and the ultimate “Distraction Free Fit.”
