Booked in for a gait analysis in helston a few weeks and was really pleased with the service I received. I had a range of trainers to try and was not pressured into buying a particular brand but the fit that was right for me. The right fit trainer has been a game changer for me as I had knee pain and that has now gone. Well worth a visit!!

What fabulous customer service. I rang Truro store this morning to see if they had a changing robe in stock. They didn't, but the lovely Hazel rang Penzance and found one and rang me back in a few minutes. It's being posted out to me tonight. The the just as lovely Dan sorted out my payment. He seemed surprised when I thanked him for going above and beyond. Super friendly, super helpful. Thank you so much. (sorry if I've got your names wrong!)

Had to return the running shoes I got online for my son’s Christmas present as they were too big. The team were incredibly helpful and, after dropping down a half size, learning new lacing skills and testing them out on the treadmill with a video to advise on his technique, my son can now continue running in comfort. Highly recommend!

Went for my gait analysis here today. Met a very friendly, patient and very knowledgeable gent who showed me what I was doing when I run. For 50 minutes he focused on helping me and supporting my feet. Am absolutely thrilled not only with the service, but the gorgeous new running shoes I now have that I can't wait to christen! I honestly can’t recommend Whirlwind sports high enough, On finding out my son had outgrown his school PE shorts I went onto their website this afternoon & had a web chat to sort out sizing I then placed my order & expected them to delivered next week but no to my amazement they were delivered to my door before 5pm this afternoon.  Wow amazing customer service. Thank you so very much

In lockdown so I found these guys from an online search for new running shoes. They offered to deliver the shoes to me in person as I work in the hospital which I truly appreciated as I can’t get to the shop in time. Craig was a superstar for doing this for me. I had a gait analysis carried out in July after suffering slight knee pain on longer runs. Whirlwind sports were brilliant throughout the whole process of my analysis, explained everything and went above and beyond in helping me choose the correct shoes moving forward.

Visited Whirlwind sports helston for the first time this week. With Helston being such a small town I wasn’t expecting such great stock availability. However they had loads! Great customer service, gait analysis and staff with lots of knowledge about the products I left happy with a new pair of running trainers. Would go again

Such friendly and professional help buying my new pair of trainers. Craig and Steve gave so much of their time, to ensure I had the right pair of trainers which would properly support my over probation.. it proved a challenge but after three visits to the shop to try on countless shoes on the treadmill (including them sourcing shoes from other stores and from their suppliers), they didn’t give up and were so thorough! Whirlwind sports go above and beyond... you have a new customer for life, and I’ll be recommending you to everyone!

Great customer service. My partner phoned yesterday afternoon about an order that had not arrived, early evening we had the order hand delivered to our home. Just to share a recommendation of some AMAZING service I’ve had! I went for a gait analysis at Whirlwind Sports in Truro which was fantastic! So helpful and informative with a good hour talking me through everything, and I never once felt any pressure to buy new running shoes... and actually left without having bought any. Later on I decided against searching online for cheaper as the service I’d already received was so brilliant and placed a click and collect order I was hoping to pop in later and collect... however, totally surprisingly I’ve just had them dropped to my door!!

Great customer service from your Truro store this morning, had an hour long gait analysis with no pressure to buy. Very interesting, I learnt lots about the way I walk and run and treated myself to a new pair of trainers, not just because I like the colour lol but because they are the correct ones for me. I visited the Truro store today and saw Craig for gait analysis. I’ve had this done elsewhere before but not for a while and was ready to try new trainers. Craig’s advice and information was amazing, he explained everything so clearly and went into so much detail, and I went away feeling like these were the right trainers for me, and having tried them out this evening, they are! Even a lovely message this evening from Craig to check how they were! Brilliant service, thanks!

Went today(Truro store) to look at running shoes and have my gait analysis done(free of charge) , the chap who did it was very knowledgeable, talked me through what he was going to test and how, all done very professionally, did a video on the treadmill and then gave me the results before showing me shoes of varying make and cost, no pressure to buy whatsoever, highly recommended

Bought new Nike Zoom Structure Road running shoes. Was persuaded to buy half size bigger than usual. They are so comfortable. If only they would run a bit faster uphill though. Great service from friendly and very helpful staff. Thank you.

I don't usually bother writing reviews but I went into Whirlwind to change a pair of running shoes today that I wasn't happy with and had such good service from the staff. They went to every effort to work out why the shoes had worn so badly and fitted me with a replacement pair without any quibbling. The shop was quite busy but I wasn't rushed and really happy with the outcome. Even bought an extra pair while I was in there lol. Thanks Whirlwind!

Went in here just to look around and get some ideasas have problems with buying the right trainers, got speaking to a shop assistant who was great, he got an idea of what I was trying to achieve and brought me sevr trainers, while we were chatting and trying on trainers and me saying hmm, I'm not sure, they don't feel good, (I'm an awkward customer) he was so patient and then he says "I know what your looking for" he goes away and brings me another pair of trainers, they were great, felt brilliant, I was so happy with them but due to price I said I still wasn't sure, he still had a relaxed look and a smile on his face as he suggested that I think carefully, maybe go have a walk around and make sure that they are what I wanted (which I did) (if I was the assistant id have been pulling my hair out) I did go back and buy them and I am sooo pleased that I had the assistance of a very patient and knowledgeable guy
