Lace Locking

Sometimes with a running shoe, the small amount of space in the toe needed to ensure a good fit leads to a little heel lift.

To reduce this heel lift we do something called 'Lace Locking'

Make a loop using the extra eyelet just like in the video, do the same on the other side and drop opposite laces down through the loops, take up the slack and lace up as normal.

This will pull it nice and tight around the ankle reducing the heel lift and then we're ready to run.
